Change within organisations is not normally easy to achieve and it’s even hard to make changes stick.  The book sellers are full of change management publications advising on ways to achieve organisational transformation. But working in new ways doesn’t have to rely on some formal thing to happen first, it’s possible to start a revolution by just personally doing new things and influencing those around you, providing these is some sensitivity to others and a create approach is taken.

Tony Heap talked about his experiences influencing lean working practices at Agile Yorkshire and shares some of his ideas and gotchas.
