Listening to founders tell their stories is always interesting and varied and James Ward is a great example of the entrepreneurial species with a diverse and varied background and some fascinating insight to share. Pianola is his online management system for bridge clubs. It is most certainly the kind of niche product that new founders are often encouraged to find but still face an equally niche set of challenges to gain customers and profitability.
